- What's the difference between a universal in-ear-monitor and a custom in-ear-monitor?
Custom in-ear monitors are built specifically to your unique ear anatomy, offering a
glove-like fitment resulting in unparalleled sound isolation. This option requires a
trip to your local audiologist for ear impressions. Ear impressions are required for
us to make your custom in-ear monitors. Plus, we offer the ear impression service
for free (applicable to clients in Hong Kong area only).
Panther’s universal in-ear monitors were designed to fit nearly everyone and do not
require ear impressions.
We have been focusing on the development of CIEMs, we have collected a lot of
Asian or Hong Kong people's ear impression data for analysis, therefore the size of
the universal fit is moderate, neither too big, nor too small, you can easily put into
your ear while wearing them, without any sense of pressure.
- How do the Custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs) feel to people who have never worn before?
If you've never worn custom earphones, it may take a little while for your ear to get
used to something being in it. What you should look for is discomfort or pain while
wearing them. If you don't feel any sharp pain, just give your ears a little time to
get used to them and you'll forget that you have them in.
If the pain or discomfort continues, do not wear your CIEMs and contact customer
support. We will work with you to adjust your CIEMs accordingly.
- Are your products made in the Hong Kong?
Every set of Panther In-Ear Monitors is proudly designed and handcrafted in Hong
Kong.
- What material are your Custom In-Ear Monitors made of?
The shell are made of German medical-grade resin for durability and longevity,
which is more comfortable for human skin contact and durable without
discolouration.
- Do you offer custom artwork? Which format do you require?
If you would like artwork printed on your IEM faceplate, we accept high quality
PNG, JPG, or GIF files. For best results, use PNG files with background removed
(transparency layer). Artwork cannot be uploaded on certain faceplates, you may
communicate with our customer support for the further indication. You can send
us your custom artwork via email or share onGoogle Drive when placing your
order. Custom artwork is an additional cost per side.
Shipping / Return
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship our products worldwide. Please be aware of the shipping charge,
local import taxes and duties of which you will be responsible for.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
Can I change my order?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hour of placing it.
We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it
can not be modified.
